Food Conceptual Photography Illustration — Pepper and Corn Soup Shrimp, Pepper and Corn Soup - The first digital Photo-Illustration published in the history the New York Times Magazine. This was an assignment four weeks into my first Photoshop class at the SVA that simultaneously was published illustrating a recipe on Molly O'Neill's food column. The year was 1992 I was an ardent analog film and darkroom advocate - taking this particular class to essentially say "No" to this new, yet unproven digital technology. As it turns out, I did not say "No" - the last sheet of film I shot was in 1996.
